What do we do?

We work alongside deaf people to support them:

  • Maintain their tenancy
  • Improve wellbeing and independence
  • Access and engage with local services and information
  • Remain living in their own home and community
  • Stay involved in decisions about their future

Areas of support

Support is tailored to individual needs and may include:

  • Support with budgeting and managing finances
  • Support to manage physical and mental health needs
  • Advice and support with housing-related issues

We also support people whose needs may not meet certain thresholds but would still benefit from early, preventative support. This includes needs that fall outside eligibility for personal budgets, as well as those with emerging or increasing support needs.

By offering timely support, the service helps prevent low or medium needs from escalating into more complex health and social care crises.
